Reseller Program Questions

What type of relationship do I have with IdentaVault?

The relationship between IdentaVault and its resellers is an independent contractor relationship. Through this relationship, resellers are able to purchase identity theft prevention programs at wholesale prices and re-sell them to their customers at retail prices.

How do I enroll as a reseller?

Interested parties are able to complete basic enrollment via the IdentaVault Reseller website. An IdentaVault representative will follow up with you to complete the enrollment process and assist in the set up of your co-branded IdentaVault website. Once you are enrolled you will be provided with login credentials to the IdentaVault reseller back office.

How do I enroll customers with IdentaVault?

From the IdentaVault management portal you will be able to download marketing/sales collateral as well as the end user agreement utilized to sign up customers. In your back office you will also be able to enter new customers via an online portal. Upon entering a customer in the enrollment portal he/she is will be immediately enrolled as an IdentaVault member. This will trigger a welcome email to the customer with instructions to access their account via the IdentaVault website.

How do I manage my customers accounts?

You will be able to manage all aspects concerning your customers via the online portal. You will be able to add, edit and cancel customers and you will also be able to upgrade your customers to a premium membership level or add additional family members to the account.

How does IdentaVault provision the identity benefit to my customers?

As soon as a new member is added via the online portal, the member is enrolled in the designated program. This will trigger a welcome email to the customer with instructions to log into his/her account via the IdentaVault website. Once logged in your customer will complete his/her profile for complete identity theft coverage.

How is billing handled?

Once a new member has been added via the online portal your customer will be enrolled in the designated identity theft protection program. This will trigger a monthly bill to you for the wholesale cost of the member. For pricing detail please visit the pricing section. You will be responsible to collect the retail fees for this service via your normal billing process.

Who provides customer support?

IdentaVault will provide complete product support to your customers for identity theft related issues. Whether a customer needs assistance logging into their website or believes their identity may have been compromised, IdentaVault experts will handle all of your customer inquiries. However, since you continue to maintain your relationship with the customer, your organization will handle all billing related issues as well as account upgrades/cancellations. This way, you are in complete control of and are fully aware of the status of your customers.
